Masterclass Glenn Vilppu
Anatomy | weekday Masterclass
Glenn Vilppu presents a logical step by step procedure where you can focus on one element at a time. First, get the gesture, then construct using simple forms, add appropriate anatomical elements then tone and detail bring the figure to life! Focusing first in the gesture gives the drawings a sense of movement and life. Glenn will work with each artist individually as they draw from model.
Figure Drawing focusing on understanding the movement and structure of the human figure rather than just copying. Anatomy and use of light will also be discussed.
Join this Glenn Vilppu class and learn his traditional, internationally recognized Renaissance approach to figure drawing. His methodology is applicable whether your direction is fine art, illustration, computer or traditional animation.
All levels are welcome. Glenn usually has a range of students in his classes from beginners to professionals. He gives his lesson and then works with each artist individually each day.
Due to Corona, the lessons in 2020 has been cancelled. Glenn will come to Ateliers Westerdok in Summer 2021.
