I have a credit for classes for the January-June 2020 season. How do I register?

If you have physical complaints such as a cold, sneezing, fever, headache, the lesson cannot go ahead for you. We request that you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance.
You do this by clicking on the human symbol again at the top right.

Log in.

Go to the button Your reservations
Click on the relevant lesson in the displayed list.
An overview of the lesson appears with the button at the bottom: Cancel my reservation

Check if you are going to cancel the correct lesson. After this you have to click the button Cancel my reservation again. Now click the Yes cancel button.
A confirmation page will then appear.

How to create your account?

One of the measures taken by the government to open is that no more than 30 people may enter the studio at the same time to be. Everyone must also register for every lesson. You have to do that yourself. This is the instruction video (in Dutch) for the current season of January-June 2020 participants who are currently following a course. The instruction film in English will follow soon. Below you can find the text.

How to make your reservation?

To do this, go to the human symbol at the top right of the page. Under the button Login there is a text: An unregistered customer? Sign up now. When you click on it, a registration form will appear where you can enter all your details. A number of fields are mandatory, such as the email address and telephone number, because your confirmations are sent there. It is also important to set your preferred language here. Once you have pressed the Sign up now button, your account has been created.

For those who still have a teaching credit for the current season till June 2020: send an email to sanne@atelierswesterdok.nl so that we can add your credits to your account. When this is done, we will email you back that your credits are ready. After that you can book the right lessons you want to attend.

How to cancel your reservation?

Go to the human icon in the menu bar at the top right and click on it.
Now you have to log in with your email address and your password.
A screen with 8 buttons will appear.
First press the button Your prepaid credit to check whether the credits have been correctly added by us. Then click the Back button.
Now go to the button New reservation.

A list will now appear. Find your course you want to register for and press the book button.
Select now whether you want to follow all remaining lessons or if you only want to follow a few.
After you have made your choice, click on ok.

In the next popup, your reservation will appear at the top of the page. Check your contact details and click through to the Next button.
A final confirmation page will now appear. Now press the Check out button.
Now a page will appear again with a check for the correct dates, but here you have to check the box I agree. Then click on the button Confirm your reservation. Your reservation has been made and you will receive a confirmation by email.
You will receive an e-mail for every booked lesson.

I want to join in to a session of the Open Studio Life-drawing. How do I register?

How do you buy a Pre-paid card?

Step 1 Create your account

A number of fields are mandatory, such as the email address and telephone number, because your confirmations are sent there. It is also important to set your preferred language here. step 2: How do you buy a Pre-paid card?

Press the human symbol at the top right of the page. Log in to your account. If you don’t remember your password, you can request a new one. After logging in you will enter the Customer Zone. A screen with 8 buttons will appear. Choose the button Prepaid packages. Then choose a prepaid package workshop model for 10 sessions or for 20 sessions. The prices listed here are without the contribution to the model and leader’s fee yet, the amount for this model and leader’s fee will only be visible on the next page. Now press the Purchase button. You will then enter the payment environment and you can choose whether you want to pay via Ideal, Credit Card, Paypal or Bank Contact.

Your prepaid credit will be credited to your account after payment. You will receive a confirmation by email.

step 3 How do you know how much credit you have?

To view your credit, press the human symbol at the top right of the page to log in. After logging in you will enter the Customer Zone. A screen with 8 buttons appears. Select the button View your prepaid credit. As long as you have a prepaid credit, it is automatically used for making reservations. If you run out of credit, you will notice that automatically, because then you will automatically be redirected to the payment page and you can buy a new Pre-paid package again.

Step 4 Make your reservation

Press the hamburger symbol at the top right. Then go to the tab Open Studio Life-Drawing

Then press the Classes button to see the weekly overview.

Select the session you want to sign up for. You can immediately see how many workplaces are still available. If there is no more room, you sign up for the waiting list. As soon as a place becomes available, you will receive an email or text message, so that you can still reserve a place. This can also be in short notice.

You also see the price here of 10 euros. This amount indicates that a single session costs 10 euros for entrance, without a contribution of 5 euros for the model fee. The amount of 5 euros for the model fee will only be visible at the checkout of your session, so that you only have to pay 15 euros once.

You can click the Info button at every session page to see more information, such as who the model is, in which studio the session takes place, etc.

Now click on the Book button. You will receive a pop-up in which you can select whether you want to select repetitive sessions. If you click Yes, you can immediately choose whether you want to come on the same day every week, for a number of weeks, or if you want to register on a different day every other week, and so on. The button For Total 2 times means that this is a second reservation. If you press No, you only book that session.

The next page is where you can login to your account by going to the top Login button. Or if you have not yet created an account, you can still enter it below.

When logged in, press the Next button.

Then you will come to a new page where you can check your reservation and then you can click the Check out button.

A new page will now appear where you tick the I agree checkbox. Now press the Pay now button to confirm your reservation.

You will then enter the payment environment and you can choose whether you want to pay via Ideal, Credit Card, Paypal or Bank Contact. In this example, if you have a prepaid credit, you do not have to pay again, but the booked sessions are automatically charged from your bank account. Your reservation is made after payment and you will receive a confirmation by email. You will receive a dedicated email for each booked session.

Step 5 Cancel reservation

If you have symptoms such as a cold, sneezing, fever, headache, you can not join the session. We request that you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance, so that we can offer your place to someone on the waiting list.

You can cancel by clicking on the human symbol again at the top right.

Log in.

Go to the button Your reservations

Press the relevant session in the displayed list.

An overview of the session will now appear with the button below it: Cancel my reservation

Check if you are about to cancel the correct session. After this you have to click the button Cancel my reservation again. Then click the Yes cancel button again.

A confirmation page will then appear. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation by email.
